Product Design involves the process of conceptualizing and developing products that meet user needs and business goals. My experience has equipped me with the ability to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. This includes researching user behavior, defining product features, creating user flows, and ensuring an intuitive user experience.

UX Design is the process of creating products that offer valuable and relevant experiences to users. I have specialized in understanding user behaviors, motivations, and challenges through various research methods and experimentation. I’ve designed user-centric interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and enjoyment, ensuring that users have a seamless experience.

UI Design focuses on creating the visual components of a product, such as layout, typography, color schemes, and interactive elements. In my role, I have designed intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user engagement. Figma is my one go-to tool to develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

UX research is the process of understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative methods. I have extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, and enable fast experimentation and data-driven decision-making to ensure that design solutions are user-centered and validated.

Experimentation involves continuously testing with (potential) end users to find the best solutions. I use techniques such as A/B testing, surveys, interviews, social media testing, click testing, card sorting, and (un)moderated usability testing. This approach has allowed me to validate hypotheses, optimize user flows, and continuously improve the product through data-driven decision making.

Prototyping is about quickly bringing design concepts to life and test them out before full-scale development. I've employed various levels of prototypes, from low-fidelity paper sketches to mid-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity detailed interactive models. This hands-on approach not only makes the design process more dynamic and engaging but also helps me in spotting potential issues early on. It enables me to iterate quickly and work more efficiently.

Design for Accessibility ensures that products are usable by all individuals. I have prioritized inclusive design principles, adhering to standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This involves thoughtful use of elements like color contrast, text size, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility, ensuring that the products that I create are accessible to a broader audience and comply with the European Accessibility Act.

Mobile Design involves designing applications for mobile devices. I have experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, making sure apps are optimized for touch interactions, responsive layouts, and follow platform-specific guidelines.

I’ve worked closely with developers, consultants, product owners, marketers, legal, compliance, and information managers to create a more well-rounded and innovative product. My ability to communicate design rationale, gather feedback, and integrate diverse perspectives has been key to creating innovative solutions while mitigating risks.
